GENDER EQUALITY INDEX at IBS of PROVENCE

The "Future Professional" law, passed during the summer of 2018, includes several measures to promote equality between women and men.

​

Among these measures is notably the implementation of a gender equality index composed of various indicators assessing the disparities in treatment between men and women in the form of a score out of 100.

​

We are proud to announce that IBS of Provence has obtained a score of 99/100 for the 2024 exercise.

  • Pay gap indicator: 39/40

​

  • Indicator for the gap in individual raise rates: 35/35

​

  • Indicator for maternity leave return: 15/15

​

  • High pay indicator: 10/10

​

And the work continues to further support parity at all levels of the organization, particularly through the recruitment, promotion, and remuneration of women in leadership roles.
